Christ The King, often referred to as CtK is a Catholic secondary school in Georgetown, Ontario, Canada. The school was established and began classes in September 2002. Its students are required to wear school uniforms. The school competes in the Golden Horseshoe Halton Sports Division, and their teams are known as the Jaguars. The Jaguars quickly developed a strong rivalry with the Georgetown District High School Rebels. CtK began a Specialist High Skills Major Arts Program in 2009.

Christ The King's normal school day runs a total of six hours, while each instructional period runs 75-80 minutes. Between each period except 3A-3B and 3B-3C there is a five minute travel break, so that students may go to their lockers and get their belongings for their next class.
Period 3 & Lunch
Students are randomly assigned a lunch (either 3A, 3B, or 3C) that will correspond with their period three class. Periods 1, 2, and 4 do not affect their lunch time. Even though the entire third period is one-hundred-twenty (120) minutes long, for forty (40) minutes of period three the students have lunch, making the instructional portion of period three eighty (80) minutes in length. Period three is broken up into three sections A, B, and C. The students classmates in their period three class will have the same lunch. School assembly's and other school related events are not normally scheduled during period three to prevent interruptions to the students lunch, however sometimes all students will receive the same lunch but for a longer time due to assembly's and other school related events.
